We are extremely grateful to the thousands of clients who have traveled a distance to bring their pets here for evaluation, measurement and fittings. Because we’ve been privileged to personally meet so many of our customers, we’ve gained invaluable experience in taking accurate measurements, understanding the anatomical differences of different dogs by breed, and developing simple techniques to aid dogs in using their carts successfully.

IN-PERSON VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Due to covid precautions, we ask that all visitors mask up! Call us at 413-625-0033 for an appointment.

If you live within a drivable distance to the lovely village of Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, and would like to bring your pet here for an evaluation, measurement and (possible) try-out in one of our in-stock sample rear wheel carts, call us at 888-211-2700. Each year, several hundred pet owners come to our facility to have their animals measured or fitted for custom wheelchairs. We charge a nominal $50.00 for in-person fevaluations.

“Standard” Directions:
We are located at 140 State St., Shelburne Falls, Massachusetts, 01370. Our property is on the corner of State St. and the Mohawk Trail (Route 2).

If you are coming from the east, south or north…
Take I-91 to exit 26, Greenfield. Go around the rotary and proceed west on the Mohawk Trail, (Rte 2 West), for 10 miles. After you cross the Deerfield River, turn left on to State St. (Rte.2A East) , and we are the first driveway on the left..

If you are coming from the west of us…
Take the Mohawk Trail (Rte.2 East) to Shelburne Falls, and take your first right into the Village after you pass the Shelburne Veterinary Clinic on your right.
